SMS messages are delivered through GoHighLevel's Lead Connector platform.

I send two categories of text messages:

Transactional Messages: These include introduction messages when you submit a form, follow-up messages if you don't respond, scheduling updates and reminders, review requests after completed jobs, and other service-related communications.

Marketing Messages: These include promotional offers, special deals, seasonal opportunities, and other marketing communications. Marketing messages are optional and require your express consent. Marketing messages are sent primarily to leads who have submitted forms but have not yet become customers.

4.2 Message Frequency

You can expect to receive approximately 3-5 text messages per month. Actual frequency may vary based on your account activity and service usage.

4.3 SMS Opt-Out Rights

You have the right to opt out of text messages at any time by:

When you text STOP, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed from my text messaging program. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially and I will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4.5 Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. I am not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4.7 Service Area

SMS services are available for United States phone numbers only. Messages will not be sent to international numbers.

5. Data Security

I implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. All customer data is stored securely in GoHighLevel's infrastructure.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While I strive to protect your information, I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 Opt-Out of Marketing

Email Marketing: You may opt out of receiving promotional emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or contacting me at info@fencefaster.io.

SMS Marketing: You may opt out of receiving marketing text messages by texting "STOP" to 1-813-518-8130 or contacting me at info@fencefaster.io.

Note: Opting out of marketing messages does not affect transactional messages related to services you've requested.

Your text messaging opt-in information and mobile phone number will never be sold, rented, or shared for third-party marketing purposes.
