FenceFaster exists to help fence contractors stop renting leads and start owning their pipeline. The pay-per-lead model from platforms like Angi and Meta Ads is expensive, competitive, and does nothing to help you scale. Who We Are
FenceFaster was founded in 2025 by Jacob Santos in Tampa, Florida. We build three systems for fence contractors: an AI Fence Visualizer, an Instant Quote Generator, and a CRM system. All three are custom-branded to your company. The visualizer and the quote generator go on your website, social media, or other marketing, and the CRM system converts what they capture, all without paying per lead.
Every system we build is designed to do two things: generate more leads out of the interest and traffic a contractor has already earned, and win more bids from those leads. The Fence Visualizer and the Quote Generator sit on your website, your social media, or your other marketing under your brand, turning casual visitors into qualified leads. The CRM system raises your lead-to-job conversion rate by putting every lead in one place and following up automatically, so none of them go cold.
What We Build
Industry Context
U.S. fence construction is a $20.4 billion industry. Most contractors in it rely on pay-per-lead platforms, manual quoting, and paper-based lead tracking. The result is high customer acquisition costs, shared leads, and no scalable infrastructure to grow on.
Writing a quote by hand takes time a small crew does not have, and the phone keeps ringing while you are in the field.
